Terms of Representation
Last updated: October 2026
1. Overview of Representation Services
Interna connects elite technical domain practitioners with technology scale-ups, venture funds, and institutional enterprise clients for contract engagements and direct permanent placement. By requesting representation or submitting credentials, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
2. Candidate Representations & Accuracy
Candidates agree to submit accurate, truthful information regarding their work experience, open-source repositories, and technical skills. Providing falsified credentials or misrepresenting identity or authorization to work constitutes grounds for immediate termination of representation.
3. Independent Evaluation & Placement Discretion
Interna administers technical benchmarking sandboxes to objectively evaluate engineering competency. While Interna makes reasonable commercial efforts to introduce qualified candidates to matching client teams, submission of credentials does not guarantee immediate client placement or an offer of employment.
4. Non-Circumvention & Direct Introductions
Where Interna introduces a candidate to an enterprise client, candidate agrees not to bypass Interna to solicit or execute direct independent contracts with said client for a period of twelve (12) months following the initial formal introduction, except as expressly authorized by Interna in writing.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All confidential information disclosed by clients during interviews or trial projects remains strictly confidential. Candidate code produced during client contracting engagements is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between the client and candidate or contractor firm.
6. Inquiries & Contact
