1. Commitment to Candidate Privacy
Interna ("we", "our", or "us") operates a private domain talent representation platform. We are committed to safeguarding personal, technical, and professional information provided by candidates, builders, and hiring partners.
2. Information We Collect
When candidates request representation or submit credentials through our intake portal, we collect:
- Full name, professional contact email, and regional location.
- Professional profile URLs (GitHub, LinkedIn, personal portfolios, or verified repositories).
- Primary discipline, target hourly compensation rates, and technical availability.
- Objective technical assessment scores resulting from our asynchronous benchmarks.
3. Zero AI Model Training Guarantee
We enforce strict data isolation protocols. Under no circumstances is candidate code, assessment solutions, proprietary technical submissions, or candidate communications used to train, fine-tune, or reinforce public or private machine learning models.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
We process submitted data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Evaluating technical qualifications and matching domain profiles against active institutional client searches.
- Coordinating interview scheduling and contract negotiation with hiring engineering leaders.
- Complying with applicable employment, contractor tax compliance, and anti-fraud regulations.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Candidate profiles and evaluation benchmarks are shared strictly with verified hiring teams and engineering leaders at client organizations with whom we maintain active enterprise representation agreements.
6. Data Rights & Inquiries
Under GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data protection laws, candidates have the right to request access, rectification, or complete deletion of their intake records at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our data protection desk at talents@interna.work.
